We are delighted to welcome you to our anniversary page. Today we are celebrating a special milestone - our fifth anniversary!
Five years ago, in 2019, Thomas Föcking and I founded Smart CJM in Krefeld. Our vision was to takecustomer journey management to a new level. Since then, together with a dedicated team and thanks to the support of our valued customers, we have achieved outstanding success.
Smart CJM has established itself as a leading provider in customer journey management for government, healthcare and retail. Our innovative solutions have transformed and improved the way organisations manage their customer interactions. We are constantly developing new innovations to further optimise the customer journey and offer our customers the greatest possible added value.
Our motto ‘Because time is valuable’ is at the centre of our work. That's why we focus on solutionsthat optimise processes to save valuable time.
This success would not have been possible without the trust of our customers and the commitment of our employees . They have all contributed significantly to the fact that we are here today. We are particularly proud of the fact that we are also internationally successful and that our solutions are appreciated worldwide. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and trust.

In Imminant, we have found the ideal partner for the distribution and implementation of our solutions in France.
2020 - Major customer AMS Austria
The big rollout in Austria: On behalf of the BRZ (Federal Computing Centre), we are equipping the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) with the Smart CX solution and kiosk hardware.2020 - Founding of Smart Ventures
We have founded Smart Ventures for expansion in other countries.2021 - First city with 1,000,000 inhabitants as a customer
With the acquisition of the city of Cologne, we have our first city with over a million inhabitants in our customer portfolio.2021 - BITV certification

With Smart Customer eXperiences, we are delivering an important component of Deutsche Bahn's new travel centre. The new call system accompanies customers
from reception to the ticket counter, offers waiting time forecasts and the option of receiving a waiting voucher digitally. It is seamlessly integrated into Deutsche Bahn's sales system.
